Refund & Return Policy – Tabani Masala

At Tabani Masala, we strive to provide high-quality and fresh products. Due to the nature of food items, returns are limited.

Returns:

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned without original packaging

Refunds:

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Replacement:

  • In case of damage or wrong product, a replacement will be provided at no extra cost.
