Detailed Recipe (Chicken Chilli)
Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken (cut into cubes)
- 2 tbsp Tabani Chicken Chilli Masala
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1 onion (cubed)
- 1 capsicum (cubed)
- 2–3 green chilies
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 3–4 tbsp oil (for frying)
- Salt to taste
Steps:

Marination:
In a bowl, mix chicken with Tabani Chicken Chilli Masala, ginger-garlic paste, cornflour, maida, egg (optional), and a little salt. Coat well and marinate for 30–45 minutes. -
Fry Chicken:
Heat oil and deep-fry the marinated chicken until crispy and golden. Remove and set aside. -
Prepare Base:
In a pan, heat a little oil and add chopped garlic, green chilies, onion, and capsicum. Stir-fry on high heat. -
Add Sauces:
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, and tomato ketchup. Mix well. -
Combine:
Add fried chicken pieces into the pan and toss well so the sauce coats evenly. -
Adjust Consistency:
Add a little water if you want gravy, or keep it dry for a starter version. -
Final Toss:
Cook for 2–3 minutes until everything blends well. -
Serve:
Serve hot as a starter or with fried rice/noodles.
