Detailed Recipe (Chicken Chilli)

Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless chicken (cut into cubes)
  • 2 tbsp Tabani Chicken Chilli Masala
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • 1 onion (cubed)
  • 1 capsicum (cubed)
  • 2–3 green chilies
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 3–4 tbsp oil (for frying)
  • Salt to taste

 Steps:

  1. Marination:
In a bowl, mix chicken with Tabani Chicken Chilli Masala, ginger-garlic paste, cornflour, maida, egg (optional), and a little salt. Coat well and marinate for 30–45 minutes.
  2. Fry Chicken:
Heat oil and deep-fry the marinated chicken until crispy and golden. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare Base:
In a pan, heat a little oil and add chopped garlic, green chilies, onion, and capsicum. Stir-fry on high heat.
  4. Add Sauces:
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, and tomato ketchup. Mix well.
  5. Combine:
Add fried chicken pieces into the pan and toss well so the sauce coats evenly.
  6. Adjust Consistency:
Add a little water if you want gravy, or keep it dry for a starter version.
  7. Final Toss:
Cook for 2–3 minutes until everything blends well.
  8. Serve:
Serve hot as a starter or with fried rice/noodles.
