Dhaniya Powder

Dhaniya (Coriander) Powder is a finely ground spice with a mild, citrusy, earthy aroma. A foundational ingredient in Indian curries, it adds body, color, and balance to gravies.

Ingredients:
• Use 1–2 tbsp Dhaniya Powder per recipe
• Pairs with all meats, vegetables, and lentils
• Works with onion-tomato base, yogurt-based gravies
• Complements cumin, turmeric, and chilli powder

Recipe Steps:
• Add Dhaniya Powder after sautéing onions and ginger-garlic.
• Cook on low flame 1–2 minutes to release aroma (do not burn).
• Add tomatoes or water immediately after.
• Use as a base in any curry, dal, or sabzi for thickness and flavor.
