Kadai Gosht Masala captures the bold, aromatic flavor of meat cooked in a traditional iron wok. With coarsely ground spices and bell pepper notes, it delivers a thick, fragrant, restaurant-style curry.

Ingredients:
• 500g mutton
• 2 onions (cubed)
• 2 capsicums (cubed)
• 3 tomatoes (chopped)
• 2 tbsp Kadai Gosht Masala
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 3 tbsp oil
• Salt to taste
• Fresh ginger juliennes

Recipe Steps:
• Heat oil in kadai; sauté onions briefly.
• Add ginger-garlic and mutton; sear well.
• Add tomatoes and masala; cook until pulpy.
• Add water; simmer until mutton is tender.
• Toss in capsicum and cook 5 minutes.
• Garnish with ginger and serve hot.
