Kaju Green Tikka Masala

Kaju Green Tikka Masala is a unique blend combining the creaminess of cashews with fresh green herbs. The result: a mild, fragrant, nutty green tikka that's both elegant and flavorful.

Ingredients:
• 500g chicken or paneer (cubed)
• 1/4 cup cashew paste
• 1/2 cup hung yogurt
• 1/2 cup coriander-mint paste
• 2 tbsp Kaju Green Tikka Masala
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• Oil for grilling

Recipe Steps:
• Mix yogurt, cashew paste, herb paste, ginger-garlic, masala, and salt.
• Marinate chicken/paneer 2 hours.
• Skewer and grill till lightly charred.
• Baste with butter while grilling.
• Serve hot with mint chutney.
