Khichda Masala is crafted for the slow-cooked, hearty wheat-and-meat porridge popular during Ramadan and festivals. Warm, rich, and deeply spiced, it delivers a soul-satisfying one-pot meal.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup broken wheat (soaked)
• 1/2 cup mixed lentils (soaked)
• 500g mutton
• 2 onions (sliced & fried)
• 2 tbsp Khichda Masala
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 3 tbsp ghee
• Salt to taste
• Lemon, mint, fried onions for garnish

Recipe Steps:
• Pressure cook mutton with ginger-garlic, masala, and salt.
• Separately cook wheat and lentils till soft.
• Combine and mash to a thick, porridge-like consistency.
• Heat ghee; pour over khichda.
• Garnish with fried onions, mint, and lemon; serve hot.
