Detailed Recipe (Manda Salan)
Ingredients:
- 500g mutton or chicken
- 2 onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp Tabani Manda Salan Masala
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 3–4 tbsp oil
- 2–3 green chilies
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander & mint
Steps:

Heat Oil:
Heat oil in a deep pan or handi. -
Fry Onions:
Add sliced onions and fry until golden brown. -
Add Ginger-Garlic:
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1–2 minutes. -
Add Meat:
Add mutton or chicken and cook until slightly browned. -
Add Yogurt:
Lower heat and add yogurt slowly, stirring continuously to avoid curdling. -
Add Masala:
Add Tabani Manda Salan Masala and mix well. -
Cook Thoroughly:
Cover and cook on low heat until the meat becomes tender and gravy thickens. -
Adjust Consistency:
Add a little water if needed for desired gravy consistency. -
Final Simmer:
Let it cook until oil starts to appear on top. -
Serve:
Garnish with fresh coriander and mint. Serve hot with rice, roti, or naan.
