Mutton Peshawari Masala

Mutton Peshawari Masala offers the rugged, hearty flavor of Peshawar's traditional meat dishes. Boldly spiced with warm aromatics, it produces a thick, deeply flavored mutton curry.

Ingredients:
• 500g mutton
• 2 onions (sliced)
• 2 tomatoes (chopped)
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 2 tbsp Mutton Peshawari Masala
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 3 tbsp ghee
• Salt to taste
• Fresh ginger & green chillies

Recipe Steps:
• Heat ghee; brown onions.
• Add ginger-garlic and mutton; sear well.
• Add tomatoes, yogurt, and masala.
• Cook on medium flame until oil separates.
• Add water and simmer until mutton is tender.
• Garnish with ginger juliennes and chillies; serve hot.
