Special Veg Masala

Special Veg Masala is a balanced, all-purpose vegetable curry blend. Aromatic, mildly spiced, and rich in color, it elevates simple vegetables into restaurant-style dishes.

Ingredients:
• 4 cups mixed vegetables (potato, peas, carrot, beans, cauliflower)
• 2 onions (chopped)
• 2 tomatoes (puréed)
• 2 tbsp Special Veg Masala
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1/4 cup cream (optional)
• 3 tbsp oil/ghee
• Salt to taste

Recipe Steps:
• Heat oil; sauté onions till soft.
• Add ginger-garlic and tomato purée.
• Stir in masala and cook till oil separates.
• Add vegetables and salt; mix well.
• Add water and simmer until tender.
• Stir in cream; garnish and serve hot.
