Tikka Masala A1

Tikka Masala A1 is a flavorful tandoori-style blend for marinating chicken or paneer tikka. Vibrant red, tangy, and aromatic—ideal for grills, BBQs, and skewers.

Ingredients:
• 500g chicken or paneer (cubed)
• 1 cup thick yogurt
• 2 tbsp Tikka Masala A1
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp mustard oil
• Salt to taste
• Capsicum & onion chunks

Recipe Steps:
• Mix yogurt, masala, ginger-garlic, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
• Marinate chicken/paneer 2–4 hours.
• Skewer with onion and capsicum.
• Grill, bake, or pan-fry until charred and cooked.
• Serve hot with mint chutney.
